Terms of Use

Last updated: March 30, 2026

This is a practical early-stage legal starter intended to be clear, usable now, and reviewable by counsel later.

1. About Invoice Manager

Invoice Manager is a web-based software service that helps users create invoices, track clients, monitor invoice status, and manage related business records.

Invoice Manager is currently offered during an early-access stage. Features may change, improve, be removed, or be limited over time.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Invoice Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Invoice Manager on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • all activity under your account
  • ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law
  • notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

4. Early Access Status

Invoice Manager is currently made available in early access.

This means:

  • some features may still be evolving
  • some features may be added, changed, limited, or removed
  • premium plans may be introduced later
  • the service may change based on user feedback and operational needs

Early access does not mean you may misuse the service, and it does not reduce your responsibility for the information you upload or manage.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Invoice Manager only for lawful business and administrative purposes.

You may not:

  • use the service for fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful conduct
  • upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the platform
  • attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
  • reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service except as allowed by law
  • use the service to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material

6. Your Data and Content

You retain responsibility for the data, files, text, invoices, customer details, and other content you submit to the service.

You represent that you have the right to use and upload that information.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of Invoice Manager is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

9. Fees and Paid Plans

Invoice Manager is currently offered free during early access unless stated otherwise.

If paid plans are introduced later:

  • pricing, features, billing terms, and plan limits will be described separately
  • additional commercial terms may apply to paid services

Submitting interest in future premium plans is not a purchase, reservation, or subscription.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your use creates legal, operational, or security risk
  • we reasonably believe misuse has occurred

You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

Invoice Manager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability
  • that the service will meet every specific business need
  • that all errors will be corrected immediately
  • that the service is suitable for every regulatory or recordkeeping requirement without your own review

You remain responsible for reviewing your invoices, records, and business outputs before relying on them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Manager and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
